Outpatient Counseling
Recovery begins with being heard.
Our outpatient counseling provides individual, family, and group sessions that meet people with understanding and respect. Every person’s recovery path is unique, so the type and frequency of counseling is shaped around their goals, their needs, and their lived experiences.
Our master’s-level counselors integrate mental health support, trauma-informed care, and substance use recovery into one holistic, person-centered approach.

Case Management & Care Coordination
Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation – it happens in community.
Our team helps individuals identify barriers like transportation, housing, employment, or medical needs, and connects them to the resources that support real change. Through continued advocacy and collaboration, we coordinate care across providers, agencies, and support systems so no one has to navigate recovery alone.

Medication-Assisted Recovery
Medication can be an important tool in recovery — but it’s never the full story.
We offer FDA-approved medications including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone©, Zubsolv©), and naltrexone (Vivitrol©) as part of a complete recovery plan. Medication is combined with counseling, case management, and ongoing support to help individuals stabilize, heal, and rebuild their lives with safety and dignity.

Specialized Care for Pregnant Women
We offer specialized medication-assisted recovery for pregnant women that supports both mother and child.
Our team provides safe medication management, warm connection to prenatal care, and wrap-around support throughout pregnancy and after delivery. We coordinate closely with obstetricians, hospitals, and family support providers to ensure compassionate, whole-person care for both lives involved.

Court-Ordered Substance Use Disorder Assessments
NMSAS Recovery Center provides court-ordered Substance Use Disorder assessments for individuals required to complete an evaluation as part of legal or court-involved processes.
Assessments are completed by trained professionals using a whole-person approach. We help individuals understand their needs, identify supports, and explore next steps – whether they are here because they must be or because they want a path forward.
Every person is treated with respect, clarity, and compassion.
If you have questions or are ready to take the next step toward recovery, we are here to help.
